This service plan covers major risks for twelve months that fall outside the standard factory warranty, such as crashes, pilot errors, or unexpected water damage. Instead of waiting weeks for an expensive repair, in the event of damage you will receive a replacement or fully repaired unit right away for a fixed, low deductible. This keeps your operations running at all times.
In addition to damage coverage (entitling you to up to two replacements per year), this package also includes one official standard maintenance service. During this service, your Matrice 3D is thoroughly inspected by experts, calibrated, and updated with the latest firmware. Parts that wear quickly are also replaced preventively, so you can always take off with reliable equipment.
When purchasing, pay extremely close attention to DJI’s very strict activation rules. You are required to link the code on this card to your drone within 48 hours after you first power on and connect the drone. Therefore, always order this service plan together with the drone.
