DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and phone support.
- First purchase conditions: The product is brand new and unactivated, or has been activated within 48 hours.
- Service extension conditions: If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh for your device, you can extend the service with DJI Care Refresh (2-year subscription) within 15 days of the current service expiring.
