Fomapan Action 400 is a panchromatic black-and-white negative film for 120 medium format cameras, especially suitable for photography in less favourable lighting conditions. As the fastest film in the Fomapan series, it is mainly intended for low-light shots or fast action. The film combines classic grain with good resolving power and sharp contours, and delivers rich grey-tone reproduction.
A special feature of Fomapan Action 400 is its wide exposure range. The film delivers good results with 1 stop overexposure at ISO 200 and 2 stops underexposure at ISO 1600, without adjustments to the development process. The resolving power is 90 lines per mm. The film is compatible with all common black-and-white developers.
