Fortinge ForPrompt Studio to Studio News Upgrade
Are you already working with Fortinge ForPrompt Studio and starting to work with news broadcasts? With this upgrade, you add the newsroom features of Studio News to your existing licence. You do not need to reinstall the software: the upgrade immediately unlocks the additional capabilities.
The main difference is the MOS Gateway. This allows you to connect the teleprompter directly to newsroom systems such as ENPS, Octopus, iNews FTP, Marsis, Blaze and Dalet. Scripts are automatically retrieved and updated, even when the editorial team makes changes shortly before a broadcast.
In addition, you get extra features for newsroom workflows, such as presenter profiles and activity logging. Multi-channel SDI output also becomes available, allowing you to control multiple teleprompters at the same time. All existing Studio features, such as story list management, NDI output and remote prompting, remain available.
