The Insta360 FlexiCare 2-Year Plan for the Ace Pro 2 offers up to 4 replacements for accidental damage over two years for a small additional fee per replacement and covers a wide range of damage scenarios, including collisions, drops and water damage, giving you extra peace of mind. Insta360 covers shipping costs both ways when a product is returned for replacement. Replacement products are brand new or equivalent to brand-new products in terms of performance and reliability. During the FlexiCare service period, the Ace Pro 2 remains covered by the official warranty for manufacturing defects, so your camera stays protected for longer.

Please note that:

1. Insta360 FlexiCare, 2-year plan, can be linked to a previously purchased Ace Pro 2 if it meets one of the following criteria:
   1. Brand new and not activated
   2. Activated within the past 30 days
2. Once FlexiCare has been purchased, the service is automatically linked to your product and takes effect immediately after activation.
3. FlexiCare and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits are only available in the region where it was purchased.
4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is brand new or equivalent to brand new. A small replacement fee applies per use.
5. After the 2-year plan expires, the service cannot be extended.
