The new 1/2" sensor provides high resolution and a huge improvement in image quality compared to its predecessor. So you can enjoy 5.7K 360° video with Active HDR and 72-megapixel photos with beautiful details.
When you have a particular shot in mind and don't want to choose from 360° images, you can use Single-Lens Mode. This mode has been upgraded to 4K resolution in the X3 and is perfect when you want to shoot first-person footage.
In addition, with the Insta360 X3 you can also create stunning 8K 360° time-lapses, perfect for cityscapes and landscapes.
Unbelievable snapshots
The X3 changes the way you approach the creative process. By shooting in 360° first and only then framing your shot, you have endless possibilities. One video can thus be edited in multiple ways, and you can easily turn a 4:5 Instagram post into a 9:16 TikTok video, without losing image quality.
