The INSTA360 X5 BMW Motorrad Edition is a limited edition of the X5, developed in collaboration with BMW Motorrad for riders who want seamless filming on their bikes. It retains the X5's 8K 360-degree recording capabilities, FlowState stabilisation and waterproof housing, but adds rider-specific hardware and Software that sets it apart from the rest.

Equipped with two 1-inch sensors and capable of recording stunning 8K 360°videos, this compact powerhouse is built for riders and creators who want cinematic quality, excellent low-light performance and complete creative freedom. Whether you're producing immersive VR media, energetic sports edits or cinematic travel movies, the X5 offers an advanced toolset in a portable, robust body.

The most striking addition to the package is the BMW Motorrad Mini Remote: a compact handlebar-mounted controller that lets you start or stop recordings and switch between preset views without taking your hand off the handles. It is powered by a new, preïnalled 2800 mAh Ultra battery, which extends riding time by about 17 per cent compared to the standard package. On the screen, a BMW interface lets you project speed, distance and other driving data directly over your images for a built-in head-up display. The special BMW branding on the back of the Camera, the Mini Remote, an updated Carrier bag and packaging make the edition instantly recognisable.

Everything riders expect from the X5 is there - PureVideo's low-light mode, the invisible Selfie Stick effect, interchangeable Lenses and robust weather protection without a cover - so you can film day trips, night rides or wet rides with the same Camera.

In addition to 360 video, the X5 is a versatile all-inéén content machine. Use Single-Lens mode for traditional 4K wide-angle shots or switch to 72MP photo mode for ultra-detailed 360°panoramas. You can easily reframe your images afterwards thanks to AI-driven tracking, subject focusing and horizon adjustment tools available in the Insta360 app and Studio Software on your desktop.

The X5's durable design is waterproof up to 10 metres out of the box, making it resistant to snow, waves and storms. The ultra-stable FlowState stabilisation system, combined with 360° Horizon Lock, keeps your footage stable and fluid no matter how dynamic the Special offer gets.
