The Insta360 X5 is an 8K 360° action cam and delivers even better image quality than its predecessor, the X4. Shoot stunning 8K 360° video at 30p, step up to 5.7K at 60p (Active HDR video) or go all-in with 4K at 120p. That’s double the frame rate compared to the X4. Thanks to the larger 1/1.28" sensor, the new Triple AI chip and PureVideo mode (up to 5.7K), the X5 produces razor-sharp, vibrant footage with minimal noise, day and night.

By default, you shoot in 360° and decide later exactly how your video should look. The action cam also features a new InstaFrame mode (up to 5.7K). This lets you record a 180° clip alongside your 360° video at the same time. Perfect if you want to post straight to your socials, while still keeping the option to reframe and edit later. Ideal if you want flexibility and speed. With the X5, you get total creative freedom.

The Insta360 X5 is packed with upgrades. It introduces new colour profiles Flat and I-Log, and improved audio quality thanks to a new windscreen and even smarter noise-reduction algorithms. The X5 has built-in 6-axis stabilisation and clever features like making your selfie stick disappear and automatically blurring licence plates. Lens guards (not included) are now detected automatically, and your files are 20% smaller so you can record even longer. Battery life is significantly improved with a 2400mAh battery, letting you record up to 185 minutes (5.7K Endurance Mode). If you do run out, PD fast charging gets you back to 80% in just 20 minutes. Taking it into the water? The X5 is now waterproof up to 15 metres without a case, and with the new X5 dive case (not included) you can go down to 50 metres.

On top of that, the X5 is built tougher than ever. It features reinforced Gorilla Glass lenses that you can replace yourself, helping you save in the long run.
