As a result, you benefit from 99% light transmission and optimum colour definition and contrast. Even at dusk, you can still see everything extremely well. The phase coating and C3 coating on the roof prisms also increase reflectivity which ensures sharp images all the way to the edge.Thanks to these coatings and the wide angle of the Kowa BDII 8x42 XD, you are able to quickly locate your subject.
Thanks to its lightweight magnesium and rubber housing, the Kowa BDII 8x42 XD is corrosion-free and shockproof. Furthermore, the housing is resistant to water and other climatic influences.The nitrogen pressure filling also prevents the binoculars from fogging up and condensation from forming inside the binoculars. This makes the binoculars ideal for safari, bird watching, water sports, and aircraft spotting.
