Firmware Update 1.1.9 Despite the highest level of accuracy in the manufacturing process, there could still be a bug in the Leica SL3's firmware. This could in some cases cause unwanted overwriting of previously captured images. After intensive investigation, Leica has managed to find the cause and resolve it through new firmware. We recommend that, as a Leica SL3 user, you update the camera with the latest firmware as soon as possible to avoid possible data loss.

The new 3-inch touchscreen is tiltable for added convenience and makes it easier to shoot from difficult angles. Customisable FN buttons, including a new dial at the top, allow you to set up the Camera just the way you want. The Camera's interface automatically adjusts to landscape or portrait orientation depending on the camera position.
