The monochrome BSI CMOS sensor, specially developed for the new generation of M cameras, lets you take beautiful black & white shots in 60, 36 or 18 megapixels in DNG (RAW) or JPEG format. This, combined with the wide ISO range of 125 to a whopping 200,000, means you can truly give your creativity free rein. Even when using a high ISO, the M11 Monochrom guarantees unprecedented rendering of the finest details, natural definition and exceptionally low noise in your images.
When designing the Leica M11 Monochrom, consideration was given to an optimal mobile workflow. Indeed, you get to enjoy an internal memory of up to 256GB plus fast mobile connectivity via the Leica FOTOS app. Enabling you to transfer photos to the app at lightning speed, via Bluetooth or the USB-C port. This app also lets you control the camera and, thanks to Tethered-preview, you can review images directly on your Smartphone or tablet.
Are you an Apple user? If so, you can make use of unique features thanks to the Leica FOTOS cable supplied with it. In fact, the Leica M11 Monochrom is a certified 'Made for iPhone and iPad' accessory.
The M11 Monochrom features an all-metal body, an aluminium top plate, a sapphire-glass display, full leather upholstery and a black, scratch-resistant finish. This, combined with the stunning results the camera yields, makes the M11 Monochrom a truly premium camera.
