Description
Leica Ultravid 8x20 BR
Shockproof, pressure-waterproof Ultra vid with lens diameter of 20 mm, wide field of view of 110 m and a close focusing limit of 2.20 m. Very relaxed observation with the eight-fold magnification. Very brilliant image by Leica Highlux-System HLS. A weight of only 245 grams.
The Ultravid
The new leadership in the Leica binocular range is occupied by the Ultravid series. Due to the application of magnesium and titanium the Ultravid viewers are extra light and strong. Integration of a thumb support (50 and 42 mm series) and a perfect placement of the focusing mechanism provide ideal ergonomics conditions, whilst the excellent balance of the viewers make long relaxed viewing possible. The images of the Ultravid are distinguished by an extremely high resolution, very clear images, without any colour fringing at the edges. This is due to the application of the HighLux System for resisting internal reflections and the application of differentiated HDC multilayer coating. These binoculars can be used between -25 ° C and +55 ° C, nitrogen filled, waterproof to 5 m deep and impact resistant.
