You very easily screw the NP-70S quick-coupling plate under your camera using the 1/4-inch tripod screw. The wide plate ensures a large gripping surface of the quick coupler's "claws".
The robust Leofoto NP-70S Arca-Swiss quick coupler plate is 76mm long, 41mm wide and 10mm thick, and the plate weighs just 45 grams. It fits perfectly into the "claws" of an Arca-Swiss quick coupler, making it ideal for safely mounting a slightly heavier camera to a ball head or tripod head. The universal Leofoto NP-70S Arca-Swis quick coupling plate is made of aluminium and hollowed out where possible to save weight.
