Its advanced design ensures a wide viewing angle and a clear view. In addition, this lens corrects image distortion and it has a very high optical resolving power. When combined with a Monarch Fieldscope from the 82 series this lens has 30-60x magnification and with the 60 series the magnification is 22-48x.
