The Nikon D780 is the long-awaited successor to the D750. Where the D750 was already a great entry-level full-frame camera, the D780 goes a step further. This full-frame SLR camera combines the advantages of a DSLR with all the technology of today. In short, a professional and modern FX camera.

The Nikon AF-S 50mm F/1.8G has a large maximum aperture of f/1.8 for a clear viewfinder image and a beautifully defocused background with a shallow depth of field. The lens is also equipped with Nikon's Silent Wave Motor (SWM) for quiet, fast and accurate focusing. This also makes autofocus possible with entry-level DSLR cameras without a built-in AF motor. The large maximum aperture of f/1.8 makes Nikon's new 50mm lens ideally suited for low-light situations or when a shallow depth of field is required.

You can ‘isolate’ to capture portraits with a smooth bokeh effect or razor-sharp shots in low light. The wide aperture also provides a bright viewfinder image, making it easier to compose your compositions.
