The OM System OM-1 II is the ideal camera for outdoor photography, such as bird, wildlife, macro and landscape photography. Combining high speed, unrivalled processing power, great ease of use plus improvements over its predecessor, the OM-1 II is a camera that lets you perform wherever you go.

With its 20.4 megapixel Stacked BSI Live MOS sensor, you will enjoy image quality on par with full-frame system cameras. This 4/3 sensor offers impressive resolution and superb colour reproduction. In addition, its whisper-quiet shutter lets you work discreetly, which is a must when capturing birds and wildlife.

Using AI, autofocus has been improved over the OM-1, so you can now track people as well as animals and vehicles. In doing so, artificial intelligence ensures that the camera continues to track people's faces and eyes when they can no longer be seen, such as when the subject turns around.

With the OM-1 II, there really is no need to miss a moment. The new ProCapture mode lets you capture images at 120fps when you half-press the shutter release button. In addition, the buffer on the OM System OM-1 II has more than doubled. You now shoot 213 images until the buffer is full. So you can capture images for 4 seconds with continuous autofocus! You capture these images in 14-bit, compared to 10-bit with the OM-1.

The OM-1 II lets you work in all weather conditions. It features an advanced sealing system that protects against water, cold and dust. It also features the LiveGND function, a built-in ND filter up to 128ND that gives you even more control over exposure in your images.

The size and weight of the body also makes the OM-1 II ideal for vlogs and short videos for social media. The OM-1 II also lets you shoot vertically, automatically rotating the footage. So you don't have to tilt it in post-processing.

The OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro lens puts all small subjects big. Its unprecedented magnification capabilities bring everything that is far away amazingly close. With 2x magnification, or even up to 4x when using a teleconverter, hardly any subject is too small.

With a minimum focusing distance of 22.4 centimetres, no detail goes unnoticed. The very fast and accurate autofocus ensures that you won't miss a single photo opportunity. The focus limiter limits the range of distances the camera will focus on, for accurate focusing. For more control, simply use the MF clutch to switch between AF and MF in an instant. Thanks to 5-axis image stabilisation with 7-stop correction, you can easily shoot handheld, even with slower shutter speeds.

The lens offers amazing resolution across the entire angle of view. The lens construction has 18 elements in 13 groups. Thanks to several special elements, such as 2 super ED lenses, 4 ED lenses, 1 super HR lens and 1 HR lens, the image is razor-sharp with precise colours.
