The camera is equipped with a 24.2 megapixel full-frame sensor and supports a wide range of L-mount lenses.

The camera features real-time recognition autofocus with PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus), allowing you to track subjects such as people, animals and vehicles with ease and precision. It also includes built-in 5-axis Dual I.S.2 image stabilisation, providing up to 6.5 stops of compensation. The I.S. image stabilisation system delivers 5 stops of stabilisation. In addition, Active I.S. image stabilisation reduces blur caused by camera shake, enabling stable handheld shooting.

Edit and share with ease

The Panasonic Lumix S9 works seamlessly with your smartphone. You can create your own so-called signature presets on your smartphone. These signature presets are custom colour styles that you create in advance. Once transferred to the S9, they can be applied directly to the photos and videos you capture, saving time during post-production. In addition to creating your own presets, you can also download presets via the LUMIX Lab app. Thanks to improved connection speed and stability, transferring your content to your smartphone is quick and easy. This is made possible by a new recording format: MP4 Lite. This Open Gate video mode is optimised for smartphones. Your photo or video can be online within 30 seconds, exactly the way you want it.

Extend your reach with crop and hybrid zoom

You can extend the zoom range of the Panasonic S9 while maintaining image quality. This is possible through the crop zoom function and the hybrid zoom function. The crop zoom function uses the centre of the camera sensor to extend the standard zoom range. The hybrid zoom function combines optical zoom and crop zoom to increase the focal length even further.

Joby Compact Action Tripod

The Joby Compact Action Tripod is a compact tripod featuring a ball head and a quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 screw mount. The tripod is designed for creators who need a lightweight and versatile support solution for camera setups weighing up to 1.5 kg. Its compact design makes it easy to carry while still offering features typically found on larger tripods.

The tripod offers a maximum working height of 155.5 cm and a minimum working height of 43.5 cm. Without the centre column, the maximum height is 132.5 cm. This makes it suitable for a wide range of shooting scenarios, from tabletop setups to eye-level shooting. The ball head features adjustable friction and a pan lock, while the pistol grip allows for quick position adjustments. Its all-metal aluminium construction provides durability while keeping the tripod relatively lightweight. The tripod weighs 1.16 kg, and its folded length of 45.29 cm makes transportation easier.
