The RODE VideoMic Me-L microphone can be used on iOS devices using the Lightning connector. iPhones have lost their 3.5mm audio jack since the iPhone 7, which means the regular VideoMic Me is no longer compatible. The VideoMic Me-L has the same quality of build and clear recording quality. Thanks to the Lightning connector, the signal path is fully digital and works immediately in the standard camera app. The microphone comes with a microphone clip for attaching the microphone firmly on the phone. It also comes with a furry windshield for suppressing noise from wind. On the back is a 3.5mm jack for audio monitoring. The VideoMic Me-L is compatible with all Apple iOS devices with a Lightning connector using iOS 11 or newer.
Suitable for: Apple Phone SE, iPhone X, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus.
