The Sennheiser HD 26 headphones are comfortable headphones for professional sound work, especially monitoring. Thanks to the soft ear cups, adjustable headband and low weight, the HD 26 headphones are the ideal choice for the sound engineer's daily work. Because every sound engineer's most important tool is his ears, the headphones are equipped with the ActiveGard active volume limiting function, which protects hearing from a sudden signal that is too loud. ActiveGard can be switched off if you want to hear the full dynamic range of the recording, or you can set the limit at 95 dB or 110 dB. The coil on the straight cable serves to absorb touch noise and dampen the cable's pull, improving wearing comfort.
