• All Side Series backpacks use the Shimoda Top Loader camera insert system. Included is a medium-sized Top Loader bag. This can be used in the backpack as a camera insert or separately as a sling/shoulder bag. It can also be used with the backpack's hip belt as a waist bag. The Side Lite 22 is suitable for both the Small and Medium Top Loader. Side Series backpacks can be easily adapted to different shooting scenarios with ééone modular system.
• Side access: Side Series backpacks have side access to the camera only. The side port provides access to any Shimoda Top Loader insert size (small or medium). The side access makes the backpack much lighter while offering quick access to gear.
• Shimoda's signature Capture Straps: Compatible with all brands of camera clips, with the added comfort of padding behind the clip. The shoulder straps feature a zipped phone pocket for an iPhone Max, plus an expandable gadget accessory pocket that also fits a water bottle. They feature hidden conductivity for a 2-way radio speaker/microphone, which you can also use for a water hose.
• Expandable/portable storage: The roll-up top can be expanded to meet changing travel and equipment needs. And the front pocket easily accommodates jackets and other large items.
• Lightweight water-repellent recycled material, plus rain cover included: Besides a detachable rain cover for the toughest wet days, the Side Series is made of Cordura re/cor RN66 material: a durable, lightweight nylon made from recycled pre-consumer waste material that has been recycled into high-quality yarn. The production process generates 83% less greenhouse gases, uses 82% less energy and 57% less water than comparable nylon textiles.
