The SmallRig 5188 L-Shape Mount Plate for Sony Alpha 1 II / Alpha 9 III facilitates quick switching between landscape and portrait modes. Designed to conform to the curves of the Camera, it improves grip by providing extra support for the little finger. The bracket attaches securely to the bottom of the Camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and features silicone pads to prevent scratches. It is also compatible with AirTag trackers, so you can keep an eye on your Cameras and other devices.

The side plate features a 1/4"-20 threaded hole at the top, allowing the magic arm to be mounted with optional dual ball heads (SmallRig ID 3873) for a two-camera setup. The retractable design provides ample space for unobstructed cable connections.

The lower Arca-Swiss quick release plate is compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro gimbals, allowing seamless transitions between handheld, stabiliser and Tripod shooting. There is also a QD connector on the bottom for attaching optional shoulder straps (SmallRig ID PSC2428).
