The unprecedented 50 megapixels of resolution actually causes low-light noise in some mid- to high-range cameras, but not in the Sony A1 mark II. Thanks to the AI processing unit, your images are razor sharp without annoying noise, even when working at higher ISO values. With a dynamic range of 15 stops, you won't lose a single detail, from the darkest shadows to the brightest highlights.

In addition to the resolution, the speed of the Sony A1 mark II is also exceptional. You shoot in 30fps up to 155 photos in RAW format without blackout in the viewfinder, so you have every moment in the blink of an eye. Even before you press the shutter all the way down, you can have the perfect shot! Thanks to the pre-capture function, images are recorded up to one second before you take the first picture.

The autofocus is also super fast. Thanks to the AI chip, the camera has accurate tracking functions for people, animals, birds, cars, trains and insects. The artificial intelligence allows the camera to focus on the entire body and guess where the head is, so your subject will always stay in focus even if the head is covered. Thanks to 8.5 stops of image stabilization in the center of the screen, your images are stable and you won't suffer from motion blur. Also, the Dynamic Active Mode image stabilization works together with the AI autofocus for extra sharp handheld shots. On the outside, the camera has 7 stops of image stabilization with peripheral compensation. With focus breathing compensation, the focal length remains the same during focus shifting. Videographers retain full stylistic control over your film footage with S-Cinetone, importable LUT tables and S-LOG 3.
