The camera has a 24.2 MP back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor and offers the possibility to shoot videos in 4K resolution. With no fewer than 693 phase-detection points, which cover 93% of the image, and 425 contrast AF points, you benefit from fast and highly accurate focusing. The impressive ISO range of 100-51200 (extendable to 50-204800) also makes the A7 Mark III excellent to use in low-light situations. With the high-quality XGA OLED Tru-Finder viewfinder, you can keep a close eye on your subject and even the smallest details are reproduced lifelike. Plus, you can choose between 'High' or 'Standard' image quality, for the viewfinder and the camera's monitor.

In addition to taking photos, the Sony A7 Mark III body is also extremely suitable for making professional videos. The camera does this in 4K quality across the entire width of the full-frame sensor. The new HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) picture profile supports an HDR workflow that allows you to play your images in lifelike quality on HDR-compatible TVs. For more colour gradation you can use the S-Log2 and S-Log3 function. Prefer to shoot in Full HD? If so, you are assured of 120 fps with a maximum of 100 Mbps. Ideal when you want to edit the footage and, for example, want to process slow-motion images in your videos.

This Sony FE 50mm F/1.8 lens is designed for full-frame cameras. It is a simple, clear and lightweight prime lens. The 50 mm focal length makes this lens highly versatile.
