R stands for resolution at Sony. The Sony A7R Mark IV A has a resolution of 61 megapixels. Plus, it features an innovative 35mm CMOS sensor and a powerful BIONZ X processor. These both ensure you enjoy high resolution, low noise, a 15-stop dynamic range and high ISO sensitivity. By default this is 100-32000, but you can extend it to 50-102.400.

Plus, you can use the ECM-B1M Shotgun Microphone or the XLR Adapter Kit (sold separately) during recording to record high-quality sound with minimal loss of quality.
