Description
Steiner Navigator 7x50 with Compass
The Steiner Navigator 7x50 with Compass are excellent water sports binoculars with an open bridge system and pleasant rubber grips with profile, and is waterproof to a depth of 5 metres. These compact binoculars combine perfect design with high-quality performance. This makes the Navigator 7x50 the ideal binoculars for every water sports enthusiast.
Due to the special Steiner high-definition coating on the glasses, excellent light transmission is created, which produces a very high-quality image in all circumstances. The image is razor-sharp, colourfast, high in contrast and flare is reduced to a minimum. Contours are clearly visible, even in low light or bleak weather. In addition, these Steiner binoculars always have a razor-sharp image from 128 metres to infinity, thanks to the Auto-Focus system and without having to refocus. The chance that the spotted subject will disappear out of focus is therefore nil.
The eyecups provide the user with excellent viewing comfort and reliable protection against stray light and sideward wind. Spectacle wearers simply have to fold the eyecups back for perfect vision. The lightweight housing is made of Makrolon, which makes the construction very shock-resistant. The prisms in the binoculars have floating mounts, meaning they are mounted in a flexible silicone material that protects the valuable optical components inside the binoculars. The formation of condensation inside the binoculars is completely prevented thanks to Steiner's high-tech nitrogen pressure system. Thanks to the nitrogen filling, the binoculars are resistant to temperatures between -20°C and +60°C and are resistant to moisture penetration.
The durable rubberised housing with ribbed profile withstands the effects of oil, acid and weathering. The cover makes the binoculars comfortable to hold and provides a comfortable and intuitive viewing experience. Due to the balanced grip, using the binoculars, even with gloves on is no problem at all. By attaching a strap to the binoculars' universal strap attachment, they are always within reach.
