Description
The Steiner Ranger Xtreme 10x42 binoculars are designed for use in tricky lighting conditions, such as when hunting or at dusk. The Ranger Xtreme 10x42 glass has diameter of 42mm, which allows a lot of light to be captured and 10x magnification. Thanks to the high light transmission, even at night, surprising results are achieved. The housing is made of Makrolon, a polycarbonate which guarantees a very high impact resistance. The cabinet is finished with a non-slip rubber NBR coating that is resistant to oil, acid and weather.
High contrast and XXL focusing wheel
Steiner Ranger suits the Xtreme series of lenses and prisms of high quality in combination with a special High Contrast coating, creating a high contrast and natural color reproduction to be achieved. The Ranger Xtreme 10x42 has an extra large focus wheel and to focus quickly and accurately, even with gloves.
Comfortable to use
The soft, skin-friendly eyecups of the Steiner Ranger Xtreme provide optimum protection against glare and cold wind from the side. Thus these binoculars for eyeglass wearers very comfortable to use. Thanks to the nitrogen pressure system the viewer is temperature resistant and prevents condensation. Steiner Ranger Xtreme viewers are very quiet in operation, since all controls are coated with rubber. The Steiner ClicLoc belt can be detached easily, making it easy to replace the shoulder piece.
