Steiner Ranger Xtreme 8x42
The Steiner Ranger Xtreme 8x42 binoculars are perfect for use in low light conditions, such as hunting or at dusk and has a very nice field of view. The Ranger Xtreme 8x42 objective lens has a diameter of 42mm, which takes advantage of all available light and 8x magnification. Thanks to the high light transmission even at night surprising results can be achieved. The housing is made of Makrolon, a poly carbonate which guarantees a very high impact resistance. It is finished with a slip-proof NBR-Longlife Rubber Armouring that is resistant to the effects of oil, acid or weathering.
High contrast and XXL focussing wheel
Steiner applies in the Xtreme series lenses and prisms of high quality in combination with a special High-Contrast-Coating, creating high-contrast, bright views with natural color definition. The Ranger Xtreme 8x42 has an extra large focusing wheel that makes that even with thick gloves you can focus quickly and reliable.
Comfortable to use
The soft, skin-friendly ergonomic eyecup caps of the Steiner Ranger Xtreme provide optimum protection against annoying, incidental light as well as draughts. Thus, these binoculars are also for eyeglass users very comfortable to use. Thanks to the STEINER Nitrogen-Pressure-System the binoculars are temperature resistant and totally prevents condensation or fogging up. Steiner Ranger Xtreme binoculars are extremely quiet in operation since all controls are lined with rubber. The Steiner ClicLoc Strap Attachment can be released and refastened in one easy move.
