The Swit S-1223FS is a Full HD studio monitor - ideal for monitoring both video and audio recordings in the studio.
The monitor features a 21.5" IPS LCD screen with Full HD resolution and LED backlight, allowing you to enjoy tremendously sharp images while monitoring. In addition, the 1000:1 contrast ratio ensures accurate colour reproduction. Having several people monitor and review projects simultaneously is also not a problem. With viewing angles of 178°, both horizontally and vertically, you won't be in each other's way.
The S-1173FS is enormously flexible in terms of input and output. The monitor supports: 2x 2K/3G/HD/SD-SDI input, 2x 2K/3G/HD/SD-SDI loop, 1x HDMI input, 1x HDMI loop, 1x YUV input, 1x VGA input, 1x CVBS input, 1x CVBS loop, 1x RS485 UMD input, 1x RS485 UMD output, 1x RS232C UMD input, 1x RS485 GPI input,1x L/R analogue audio input.
While monitoring and analysing your recordings, you can benefit from a number of additional functionalities. Waveform, Vector Scope and Histogram allow you to convert digital video quality information into patterns, which can be turned on and off individually, to determine the position on your display (Up/Down/Left/Right). In addition, you can also determine the colour, size and transparency.
The S-1173FS also supports SDI-16ch and HDMI-8ch integrated audio that you can easily read on your monitor. In addition, you can also select 2 channels for output via the 3.5mm plug or speakers. On the display you can only choose from 2, 8 or 16 channels.
Accurate colour calibration is ensured thanks to the 17x17x17 3DLUT support. Use professional colour analysis and 3DLUT calibration software to measure and generate 3DLUT cube files that you can load into your monitor via a USB flash drive. In addition, the monitor features built-in camera logs and Rec 709 conversion LUTs, including Log-C, C-log, S-log2, S-log3, V-log, J-log1 and RedLogFilm. You can import your own 3DLUTs via USB stick.
