The Tilta Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate in black is a new universal stand that can be adjusted to allow for different camera housings and unique sensor heights in relation to the rod position. This baseplate provides a reliable and stable base for your camera, allowing you to mount various rod-based accessories, such as follow focus motors or matte boxes.
Its modular design allows you to mount Type I, II or III LWS base plate adapters that incorporate Arca receivers and are directly compatible with many Tilta camera cages. This allows users to quickly and effortlessly switch between a DJI Ronin Series Gimbal and this base plate.
This Arca adapter can be easily removed, allowing you to mount other cages or camera systems directly via two 1/4"-20 screws. The base plate is designed to be compatible with Tilta Standard Dovetails and can accommodate a wide range of quick release plates via 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads at the bottom.
