Valoi easy35 126 Holder
The Valoi easy35 126 Holder allows you to scan 126 film that is 35 mm wide and has a frame size of 26.5 x 26.5 mm or less. The holder has an asymmetrical design, showing more of one side of the frame than the other, in the same way the 126 frame is offset on the film. The holders fit into the easy35 system just like any other compatible holder - by sliding out the existing holder and sliding in this new one.
The dimensions of the port are approximately: 32 mm long and 32 mm wide, so you can see the whole frame and part of the rebate area around it. Valoi easy35 holders work by feeding the film through a thin slit that goes through the entire holder and comes out the other side. This way, you can easily push or pull the film all the way through, saving time and effort compared to a traditional clamshell holder.
All Valoi holders use a double S-curve design, where the slit through which the film passes bends before and after the scanning port. By bending the film slightly in one direction on both sides, greater flatness is achieved than would be possible with a straight slit.
