The long operating arm of the liquid-filled 2-way panorama head PH-368 makes it possible to make quiet and smooth follow-up movements during filming. Liquid damping prevents jerky movements. By turning the two locking knobs, the head can tilt and 360° rotate about its axis and the degree of friction can be influenced. This tripod head has the large Velbon QB-6RL quick-release plate with a non-slip cork cover. A video pin is present to fix a video camera correctly. Thanks to the horizontal and vertical scale on the tripod head, it is always possible to return exactly to the starting position. With the built-in level you can check if the camera is horizontal.

The robust round tripod legs of DV 7000 consist of three smoothly extendable sections with a tube diameter of up to 29mm. With a clip lock you can secure the legs to any desired height. The Velbon DV 7000 measures 70 centimeters when folded and the maximum working height is 162.2 centimeters. The minimum working height is only 56.8 cm, so you can use very low camera angles. The tripod legs are of course equipped with non-slip rubber feet for a stable grip on any surface.

The extendable center column of the DV 7000 can be adjusted very precisely in height with a rotary handle. The support with three arms ensures that horizontal movements are reduced to a minimum. The Velbon DV 7000 weighs 2,200 grams. You can load the tripod to a maximum of no less than 6 kilos, which means that you can actually use any camcorder on this Velbon, but also that when filming with a DSLR you don't have to be afraid that the combination of camera and lens is too heavy.
