Z Cam E2-S6 Cinema Camera (EF Mount)
The Z Cam E2-S6 Cinema Camera (EF Mount) is a professional video camera that features a Super 35 sensor with 10-bit 4:2:2 colour support and a 14-stop dynamic range. It can shoot at up to 6K resolution with a frame rate of up to 75fps and stores data at up to 300Mb/s on CFast 2.0 cards. Supported recording formats include MOV, MP4 and ZRAW, with H.265 used for 10-bit recording and H.264 for 8-bit recording. The HDMI 2.0 port supports a 4K60 10-bit 4:2:2 video output. Audio is recorded in 24-bit 48 kHz with AAC or PCM that can be connected to a 3.5mm stereo jack or through a separately available XLR connector for which the 5-pin LEMO port can be used.
The E2-S6 can be operated in various ways: with serial ports, a 2.5mm LANC connector, a USB-C port, an Ethernet port, or with the Z Camera iOS app. The latter allows the camera to be operated through WiFi and to adjust settings and view live previews. The camera can shoot time-lapse and slow-motion videos or be used for streaming via the Gigabit Ethernet. The camera can also be controlled manually using the buttons on the front of the camera. It can be powered with an L-Series battery or via a power cable that fits into the 2-pin LEMO port. The camera also has a 12 VDC 2-pin LEMO power output to power accessories.
