The ZGCine Dummy Battery Cable Canon LP-E6P – USB-C provides a reliable and continuous power supply for Canon cameras that use LP-E6P, LP-E6NH, or LP-E6 batteries. It is ideal for long-duration video recordings, livestreams, or studio setups where you don't want to depend on an internal battery.
The dummy battery converts a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) input voltage of 9V–12V into a regulated 8.4V output voltage, tailored to the camera's requirements. Thanks to the integrated decoding chip, the external power source is correctly recognized by the camera without disruptive pop-up messages.
The cable features extensive protection against overvoltage, overheating, overcharging, and short circuits. The braided cable sleeve increases durability, making it suitable for professional use in rigs or fixed studio setups.
The USB-C connection allows you to power the dummy battery via a PD power bank, V-Mount battery (with PD output), car charger, or USB-C power adapter.
