The Aputure Storm 1000c is a 1000W adjustable colour point source lamp with ProLock Bowens fitting. This 1000W high light output fixture features the BLAIR-CG light source for breakthrough colour accuracy.
The STORM 1000c's new BLAIR-CG light source is the best adjustable colour source ever produced in an LED, with the widest range and highest colour accuracy. It can reach 90% of the Rec2020 colour space, achieving saturated colours in shades that would otherwise not be achievable, such as accurate yellow. The calibrated indigo emitter enhances fluorescent materials, resulting in white light that better matches natural daylight and artificial light. CRI 97+, SSI [P3200]): 88, SSI (CIE D5600): 86.
The STORM 1000c offers a class-leading CCT range. Its colour flexibility also offers 100% +/- green control, the full ASC MITC setting range.
ProLock Locking Bowens Mount
The STORM lamps feature the ProLock Locking Bowens Mount, a sturdier clamping system for attaching modifiers. Bowens Accessories are held firmly in place and precision optics such as fresnels and spotlights are accurately aligned with the light source.
The STORM 1000c features all the professional connectivity options used in modern lighting: Sidus Mesh, CRMX, DMX, sACN and Art-Net.
The IP65 dust and weather protection from head to toe makes the STORM 1000c suitable for extreme conditions. Seals on each connector and all around components allow not only the lamp head, but also the control box and cabling to be used outside in the rain.
