Operating within a maximum magnification range of 2:1 to 5:1, this advanced prime lens has a minimum focusing distance of just 11.3 cm at 2:1 magnification and 18.54 cm at 5:1 magnification, along with a comfortable working distance of 3.81 cm.
The wide-angle focal length of 4.57 cm allows the lens to achieve a greater depth of field compared to long focal length macro lenses. To complement the close-up capabilities, the optical design includes additional low dispersion and high refractive index elements to improve colour fidelity Moreover, this 25mm f/2.8 stands out from other macro lenses and is only 474g light, making it easy to handle.
