The AstrHori AF 85mm f/1.8 is a medium telephoto lens specifically for use with Sony full frame cameras. Ideal for portrait, still life, interior, food and night photography, among others.
This 85mm f/1.8 lens is AstrHori's first autofocus lens. Especially at longer focal lengths, like this 85mm, this autofocus comes in handy as it also supports eye and face detection. In addition, as the first ArtHori lens, this one also sends all Exif data to the camera. This saves the shooting time and lens settings.
The lens is built with a structure of 9 elements in 8 groups. These, is combination with the multilayer coating, ensure excellent optical performance. In addition, this lens features a wide aperture range with a maximum aperture of no less than f/1.8, allowing you to operate in tricky lighting conditions and creating beautiful, soft bokeh.
This lens is also great for video recording. Thanks to the silent STM motor, combined with the silent autofocus, you can easily shoot professional images.
