The neutral gray half of this filter allows 25% of the incident light to pass through, making the image one f-stop darker without changing Colours. This is ideal if, for example, if the sky is too clear in relation to the landscape. The B+W ND GRADUATED 25% MRC BASIC 52mm features a Multi-Resistant Coating (MRC) nano premium coating technology. This coating ensures clear photos and reduced reflection. In addition, it provides increased scratch resistance and quick cleaning. The brass filter ring has a knurling on the top for a better grip and also contains a special functional coating for smooth assembly and disassembly.
