The Caruba Extension Tube set Nikon Chrome (type II) Z Mount (for Nikon Z mount cameras) consists of two extension tubes that can be used separately from each other, but can also be combined. Extension tubes are perfect for macro photography or for taking special close-ups. The two intermediate rings have no optical elements. This makes it possible to shoot larger and closer subjects without negatively affecting the quality of the image. The intermediate rings have a chrome view and are compatible with Nikon Z lenses. Options such as auto focus and TTL light metering continue to work as normal. However, manual focusing is recommended, as sharpness is very close.
Every lens has a minimum focusing distance. If you place an extension tube between the lens and the camera body, the minimum focusing distance becomes smaller. The greater the focal length of the intermediate ring, the closer you can get and the more detail you can capture.
