The Cokin EVO C PL filter is a circular polarizing filter with a filter size of 95 mm, which is suitable for use with the Cokin BPE01 P-series filter holder. A polarizing filter is a type of filter that allows light to pass only if it has a specific direction. By only allowing it from a certain direction, colours in your photos can be made much sharper and the unwanted effect of reflections removed. A frequently used option to work with a polarization filter is when photographing blue skies with possibly cloudy fields. By applying the filter, the contrast in the sky changes and the blue sky gets a brighter and darker character, clouds, on the other hand, become whiter. In addition, they have an effective effect against reflections on various objects.
