This high-quality prime cine lens is designed for professional productions and delivers excellent performance for feature films, commercials, and documentaries.
With an impressive aperture range from T1.4 to T22, the Arles 18mm offers excellent low-light capabilities and creates a very shallow depth of field for a cinematic look. The 16-blade aperture, combined with an advanced optical construction of multiple grouped lens elements, produces smooth, natural bokeh and high image quality with minimal distortion.
The Arles series features an image circle of 46.5 mm, making the lens fully compatible with large-format sensors, including full-frame and VistaVision cameras. This wide coverage results in improved light transmission and adds extra depth and dimension to images, ideal for modern high-end cinema productions.
This lens is supplied as standard with a PL mount. The DZOFilm Arles 18mm combines precision, versatility, and an authentic film look in one robust cine lens for demanding filmmakers.
