The Fujifilm GF 30 mm F/5.6 T/S is a wide-angle tilt-shift lens with a focal length of 30 mm. The lens provides a clear and detailed image across the entire image frame.
It lends itself perfectly to landscape photography where you want both the grass in the foreground and the clouds on the horizon to be in focus. The Fujifilm GF 30?mm F/5.6 T/S avoids some common annoying problems of wide-angle lenses such as image distortion and ghosting. The lens is also perfect for architectural photography because distortions of tall buildings can be easily corrected.
The tilt-shift function allows you to control the plane of focus and adjust the perspective to your liking. You can tilt the lens up to about 8.5 degrees and shift it up to about 15 mm. The angle of tilt direction and direction of shift can also be adjusted between 0 and 90 degrees. A built-in sensor detects the degree of shift and rotation and displays the information on the Live View display. This information is also stored in the image data.
The advanced optical design consists of 16 lens elements in 11 groups. Three aspherical elements, two ED elements and one Super ED element produce razor-sharp images. Lens errors such as chromatic and spherical aberration are eliminated and suppressed. Your images are sharp from edge-to-edge, even when using the tilt-shift function. Fujifilm's unique Nano GI Coating suppresses light reflections, ghosting and flare.
