The newly improved modelling lights on both flash heads offer up to 1400 lux at 1 metre, with adjustable brightness and colour temperature. Whether you set lighting or use the lamp as continuous fill, the two-colour lamp adapts to your needs - perfect for simulating effects such as candlelight or sunsets. In Pro mode, the lamp's brightness reflects your flash power, while the H200J II and H200 II offer 5.5 to 6 hours of continuous use.
