The Hoya 82 mm Pro ND Ex 8 4 is a neutral density filter that blocks 3 stops of light over the entire image. This makes it possible to use slower shutter speeds or to compensate for your highlights. For example, you also have more control over the depth of field.
These filters are made of clear optical glass for optimum image quality. The special metallic ACCU-ND coating is applied to both sides of the glass and ensures that no colour shifts take place. This keeps the colour neutral.
The Hoya PRO ND EX filters are the successors of the HOYA PRO ND filters.
