Hoya 82mm HDX Protector Filter
The Hoya 82mm HDX Protector Filter is a fully color-neutral filter that transmits 99.4 percent of the incident light. The filter is made of the best optical glass and is polished on both sides. Unlike a UV filter, a protector filter can be better used as a protective glass for your lens. A UV filter generally blocks out part of the visible light. Hoya HDX filters are based on the Hoya HD filters, but have a slightly better coating.
