The Hoya 82mm Y2 Pro is a yellow filter mainly used for black and white photography and it ensures that the contrast in your shot is increased. The Y2 Pro filter is not specifically intended for close-up or far-away shots, but is often used for subjects at intermediate distances. To prevent effects such as ghosting and reflections, each glass surface has three layers of anti-reflective coating. These coatings therefore offer better protection and help to keep the filter cleaner for longer.
