Irix Lens 21mm f/1.4 Dragonfly for Canon
The Irix Lens 21mm f/1.4 Dragonfly for Canon offers a wide-angle perspective that is ideally suited to landscape, architectural and astrophotography. It is an advanced prime lens designed specifically for full-frame Canon cameras with an EF mount and can also be used on APS-C models with a focal length of 33.6mm.
The wide angle of view benefits from an advanced optical design with aspherical, ultra-low dispersion and highly reflective optical elements to control various aberrations and distortions and maintain accurate and consistent colours. The rounded aperture with 11 blades contributes to smooth bokeh.
To complement the optics, the 21mm f/1.4 lens offers manual focusing for precise control and a unique focus lock to lock the focus position at any point for consistent, repeatable shots.
The lens is compatible with semi-automatic controls, allowing you to adjust aperture directly from the camera. In addition, the lens is compatible with camera focus attachment systems, so you can be sure to set the focus correctly.
The Irix Lens 21mm f/1.4 Dragonfly has a reinforced internal structure based on metal elements, a non-slip focus ring with specialised finish, easy-to-read engraved markings filled with UV-reactive paint and a scratch-resistant lens finish. In addition, the lens features special seals that prevent the penetration of moisture and dirt into the body.
