The Kase clip-in Sony half-frame 3-in-1 kit is an innovative and clever idea that allows you to use filters on any Sony A6000, A6100, A6400, A6500, A6600 camera & lens combination. This set of three half-frame clip-in neutral density filters, ND8 (3 stops), ND64 (6 stops) and ND1000 (10 stops), is ideal for long exposure photography, to control the exposure time of a scene at the moment of capture.
The neutral density filters affect the amount of light that reaches the sensor. Neutral density filters do not alter the colours in your image, making it easier to work with a longer shutter speed or an open aperture. In addition, Kase filters have precision IR coatings, which ensure a true neutral colour within a captured image, without the colour cast normally associated with long exposure photography.
These compact filters weigh just 3.3g each, are made from B270 optical glass and feature the usual high-quality Kase nano coatings, so you can be sure of image quality. installation is simple, and once installed, the filter provides additional protection to the camera sensor when changing lenses in the field.
