The Laowa 15mm T4.8 Zero-D Shift Cine Lens - Arri PL is a high-quality wide-angle lens for the Vista Vision format, with shift function. The maximum possible lens shift is ??±11 mm for full-frame cameras and ±9 mm for Vista Vision cameras. This is especially important when capturing wide scènes or detailed environments. Unlike corrections or cropping in post-processing, the shift function preserves the entire image area and resolution. The 15mm and 20mm lenses can be used as standard wide-angle prime lenses, making them extremely versatile. Both models are equipped with Laowa’s acclaimed "Zero-D" technology, which ensures minimal Distortion even when not shifted. This advanced optical design ensures exceptional image quality, freeing filmmakers from worrying about the need for post-production corrections.
Shift Cine Lenses offer a short focusing distance of 20 cm for the 15mm model and 25 cm for the 20mm model. This allows filmmakers to capture macro-like shots and effortlessly create a shallow depth of field, producing visually appealing bokeh. These features make the Lenses extremely versatile for creative cinematography, from detailed close-ups to expansive wide-angle cènes.

Shiftcine lenses are designed with interchangeable mounts. They come with a PL mount and can be easily converted with the interchangeable optional EF, RF, E, Z and L bayonets. This makes them compatible with a wide range of shooting systems.
