The Laowa Ranger 16-30mm T2.9 FF Cine Lens (Arri PL) completes the Ranger FF Compact Cine Zoom range. Its versatile zoom range, which covers focal lengths from wide to ultra-wide, makes it easy to take long-range shots. It is an ideal lens for nature documentaries, dynamic shooting and other professional film productions.

Laowa Ranger Compact Cine Zoom is a series of lenses for the Full frame market, designed to meet the needs of one-man filmmakers and production houses, offering exceptional features and unëven performance to create a cinematic story.

Replaceable PL/EF mounts included, optional Canon RF/Sony E/Nikon Z/L mirrorless mounts available separately.

Ranger lenses feature a wide and versatile zoom range of more than 11x with extremely low weight, allowing filmmakers to effortlessly capture breathtaking images with exquisite detail at both ends of the spectrum.

The Lenses have a coverage circle of 43.2 mm, supporting Full frame and Super 35 formats. Ultra-wide-angle lenses are highly sought after by cinematographers because of their versatility: with an angle of view of 107° the Ranger 16-30 mm Zoom can capture breathtaking scènes in ééa single frame.

Optical lens distortion is minimised even at the ultra-wide angle of view. Straight lines are maintained from edge to edge. The Laowa Ranger 16-30mm is only ~10cm long and weighs 799g. Easy to use for handheld shooting, mounting on gimbals or even on FPV drones.
