Since its establishment, Metabones have been appreciated by both professionals and serious amateurs. Whereas other suppliers use aluminium which is painted black, Metabones uses precision-made copper parts with chrome sheet plating. On the side of the objective of the adapter, a strong spring construction is used, so that the objective is fixed and aligned onto the body. The interior of the adapters is treated by a special mat black lacquer in order to minimise the internal reflection.
